At Showcase-America Video Marketplace we value your privacy and will not share any customer or advertiser information to any third parties.

Made In USA Claims Policy

In order for a product to be marked "Made In USA" it must meet the requirements of the Federal Trade Commission.  Please follow this link to the FTC website for product compliancy information.  Any persons or companies advertising with Showcase-America and falsely claiming their product to be "Made In USA" will have their ads removed immediately, with no refunds for any remaining ad time.  Showcase-America reserves the right to no longer accept advertising from any persons or companies who knowingly claim "Made In USA" in any false manner.

Product Submission Returns Policy

We are sorry we cannot return sample products submitted for video demonstrations.  Time and money spent on re-packaging, running to the post office, and paying shipping is time and money not spent on creating new video demonstrations, updating our site and promoting Showcase-America.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Certain Products Not Allowed

We will NOT advertise any products that are illegal, vulgar, sexual, profane, illicit, or violent in any way.  No exceptions.  We also reserve the right to not advertise any product that is sold on a website that contains other products that fall into this category.

We Reserve The Rights

Showcase-America reserves the rights to all video demonstrations and content of our website.  No one may use any of our videos whole, or in part, in any fashion, without our authorization, under penalty of law.
